Ensure all furniture or decor items are in their original, unassembled condition and repacked in the initial packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Small accents can be returned directly to our boutiques, while larger furniture pieces require a scheduled white-glove pickup coordinated by our logistics team.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
